Upon my stay, the hotel provided modern and big rooms, albeit a little warm upon arrival, that were very comfortable and lovely furnished, though on the small side. The service, while mostly pleasant and deserving congratulations for their efforts, was marred by rudeness on my night of stay when they refused to provide Wi-Fi. The location was situated in the center of a very pleasant village near Lucerne, by a small river, clean and perfect for exploring the area around Stockalp. The dining experience offered a good continental buffet with a variety of options, including typical bread, albeit some dishes were just okay. Overall, the facilities met expectations, offering convenience during my stay.
